The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Quizzley shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 12 months.
